These terms are an agreement between your organization and 3nity Corporation, which runs NonprofitAdGrant.com ("we" or "us"). By creating an account or buying a service, you agree to them on your organization's behalf, and you confirm you're allowed to.
1. What we provide
Free account: our handbook, printable checklists and templates, and a free health check of your Google Ad Grants account once you connect it.
Audit ($99): a written review of your account with a prioritized plan.
Setup ($499): we put the plan in place in your account.
Management ($499 a month): ongoing monitoring, changes and monthly reports. End of year special: management ordered through December 31, 2026 is $299 a month, and that rate stays for as long as the subscription continues without cancelling.
We may change prices with 30 days' notice. A change never affects a service you have already paid for.
2. Your account
Give us accurate information and keep it current.
You are responsible for the people you invite to your organization and what they do there.
Keep your sign-in secure. Team accounts use a password and 2-step verification; client accounts sign in with emailed links.
The service is for organizations, not for personal or household use, and not for anyone under 18.
3. Access to your Google Ads account
You connect your account by giving us Read only access or accepting our manager-account link. You can remove our access at any time in Google Ads; our checks stop when you do.
Keep at least one Admin on your Google Ads account from your own organization.
Tell us about anyone else, such as another agency or a volunteer, who makes changes in the account.
4. How changes are approved
Every change is tested with Google before it is approved.
Strategy changes need your organization's approver. Routine work is approved by your account manager and shown to you. Large changes also need a second reviewer on our team.
A short list of automatic fixes that Google's program policy requires, such as pausing keywords with a Quality Score of 1 or 2, may run without a separate approval. Each one is logged and can be reversed.
You can pause all changes at any time.
5. Payment and billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.
The audit price is credited toward setup if you buy setup within 30 days of the audit.
Management renews monthly from the end of setup and is charged to the card on file. If a payment fails, we'll let you know, and management pauses until it's paid.
You can cancel management any time from your Billing page. It ends at the end of the month you've paid for.
Refunds follow our Refund policy.
6. What we can't promise
Google decides who receives a grant, whether an account stays active, and whether a suspended account is reinstated. We don't control those decisions and can't guarantee them.
We don't guarantee any particular results, such as clicks, conversions, donations or spend.
Program rules are Google's and they change. We follow Google's published rules, and Google's own pages have the final word.
7. Your responsibilities
Keep your website working, secure and accurate, including the pages your ads point to.
Your organization is responsible for its own content, claims and compliance, including Google's policies and any law that applies to your fundraising.
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, or to access accounts you aren't authorized to manage.
8. Our materials
The handbook, checklists, templates and software are ours or licensed to us. You may use them for your organization's own work. You keep all rights in your data and your Google Ads account.
9. AI assistance
Our team may use an AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude) to read your account data and draft plans and reports. A person on our team reviews the results before you see them, and AI never changes your account on its own.
10. Not affiliated with Google
NonprofitAdGrant.com is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google Ad Grants is a program of Google LLC, and Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC.
11. Ending the service
You can stop using the service and delete your organization's account at any time.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, don't pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to Google accounts we manage. Where we can, we'll tell you first.
After your account ends, our Privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
12. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost donations, lost grants or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
13. Disputes and governing law
If something goes wrong, please contact us first; most problems can be settled quickly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts for Hillsborough County, Florida.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with its date and, for a material change, email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect.
